財聯社1月15日電，據報道，在行政總裁艾橋智(Georges Elhedery)牽頭全球業務重組之際，匯豐控股正在探索針對其新加坡保險業務的不同選項，包括將其出售。該行和一家財務顧問正在評估匯豐人壽（新加坡）私人有限公司，其在交易中的估值可能超過10億美元。他們表示，其他的保險商和投資公司已經表達了初步興趣。知情人士表示，目前考慮尚處于初步階段，未作出最終決定。
