1月20日，財政部副部長廖岷在國新辦新聞發布會上表示，2025年，按總體2%的漲幅提高退休人員基本養老金水平，城鄉居民全國基礎養老金最低標準每人每月提高20元。2025年中央財政下達基本養老保險補助資金約1.2萬億元。
