2月3日，外交部發言人林劍主持例行記者會。有記者就俄羅斯提出削減戰略核武器建議提問。
林劍表示，中方注意到俄羅斯此前就新削減戰略核武器條約后續安排問題提出的建設性建議，希望美方積極回應，真正維護全球的戰略穩定。
