中共中央政治局2026年1月30日就前瞻布局和發(fā)展未來產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行第二十四次集體學(xué)習(xí)。中共中央總書記習(xí)近平在主持學(xué)習(xí)時強(qiáng)調(diào)，要發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢，堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)、梯度培育，推動我國未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不斷取得新突破。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has urged efforts to leverage comparative advantages, and continuously achieve new breakthroughs in developing industries of the future while adhering to the principles of seeking progress while maintaining stability and a tiered approach. Xi made the remarks while presiding over a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on January 30, 2026.

未來產(chǎn)業(yè)由前沿技術(shù)驅(qū)動，具有前瞻性、戰(zhàn)略性、顛覆性等特點(diǎn)。“十五五”規(guī)劃建議提出，推動量子科技、生物制造、氫能和核聚變能、腦機(jī)接口、具身智能、第六代移動通信等成為新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)，這些領(lǐng)域正是未來產(chǎn)業(yè)的典型代表。近年來，黨中央高度重視，強(qiáng)化政策支持，推動未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)良好勢頭。2025年，工業(yè)和信息化領(lǐng)域?qū)ξ覈?jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)已超四成。我國擁有人工智能企業(yè)數(shù)量超過6000家，量子科技研發(fā)多點(diǎn)開花，生物制造邁向萬億級產(chǎn)業(yè)，腦機(jī)接口技術(shù)進(jìn)入植入人腦的新階段……未來產(chǎn)業(yè)蓄勢發(fā)力，為高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入源源不斷的新動能。

習(xí)近平在中共中央政治局第二十四次集體學(xué)習(xí)時指出，培育發(fā)展未來產(chǎn)業(yè)，對于搶占科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)制高點(diǎn)、把握發(fā)展主動權(quán)，對于發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力、建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，對于提高人民生活品質(zhì)、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展和社會全面進(jìn)步，都具有重要意義。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，要聚焦“十五五”時期我國未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主攻方向，科學(xué)論證技術(shù)路線，提升前沿技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略預(yù)判能力。要綜合考慮國家戰(zhàn)略需求、技術(shù)成熟程度、要素支撐條件等因素，因地制宜、錯位發(fā)展。要強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同，推動未來產(chǎn)業(yè)同新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)相得益彰。

積極培育新能源、新材料、先進(jìn)制造、電子信息等戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，積極培育未來產(chǎn)業(yè)，加快形成新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，增強(qiáng)發(fā)展新動能。

It is necessary to foster strategic emerging industries including new energy, new materials, advanced manufacturing and electronic information, and nurture industries of the future, in a bid to create new productivity boosters and new growth impetus.
