2026年中央一號文件2月3日對外發(fā)布，部署錨定農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化，扎實推進鄉(xiāng)村全面振興。文件提出，要因地制宜推進宜居宜業(yè)和美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)。
China unveiled its "No. 1 central document" for 2026 on February 3, outlining plans to advance agricultural and rural modernization and to promote all-around rural revitalization. According to the document, efforts will be made to build a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in based on local conditions.

2026年中央一號文件部署因地制宜推進宜居宜業(yè)和美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)。文件提出，要統(tǒng)籌優(yōu)化鄉(xiāng)村國土空間布局，加快補齊農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代生活條件短板，穩(wěn)步開展全域土地綜合整治；加強農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和管護，推動現(xiàn)代宜居農(nóng)房建設(shè)，提升農(nóng)村及偏遠地區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋水平；加強縣域基本公共服務(wù)供給統(tǒng)籌，推進城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)校共同體建設(shè)，加強縣區(qū)、基層醫(yī)療機構(gòu)運行保障；一體化推進鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)保護修復(fù)，持續(xù)整治提升農(nóng)村人居環(huán)境，推廣綠色生產(chǎn)和節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)；深入實施文明鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)建設(shè)工程，豐富農(nóng)村文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)供給，持續(xù)推進農(nóng)村移風(fēng)易俗；建設(shè)平安法治鄉(xiāng)村，常態(tài)化開展掃黑除惡，強化未成年人違法犯罪預(yù)防和治理。
【重要講話】
全面推進鄉(xiāng)村振興、加快建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國，是黨中央著眼全面建成社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國作出的戰(zhàn)略部署。強國必先強農(nóng)，農(nóng)強方能國強。沒有農(nóng)業(yè)強國就沒有整個現(xiàn)代化強國；沒有農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化，社會主義現(xiàn)代化就是不全面的。
It is a strategic plan the CPC Central Committee has made to advance rural revitalization across the board and accelerate the building of a strong agriculture, with a view to building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects. A country must first strengthen agriculture to make itself strong, and only when agriculture is strong can the country be strong. Without strong agriculture, there won't be a great modern country. The socialist modernization won't be complete without agricultural and rural modernization.
