據央視新聞，俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫10日在首都莫斯科說，俄羅斯愿尋求通過對話解決烏克蘭問題。據俄羅斯外交部網站消息，拉夫羅夫當天在俄“外交工作者日”慶祝活動上發表講話說，在烏克蘭問題上，俄方尋求對話，并以俄美元首阿拉斯加會晤達成的共識為基礎加以解決。
