據韓聯社報道，韓國負責調查緊急戒嚴事件的特檢組25日就前總統尹錫悅內亂頭目罪一審判決結果提出抗訴。
特檢組表示，法院一審判決中事實認定有誤，對法理存在誤解，量刑不當，因此提起抗訴。
