財聯社2月26日電，烏克蘭總統澤連斯基25日簽署總統令，宣布烏克蘭退出1995年簽署的關于建立獨立國家聯合體（獨聯體）成員國聯合防空體系的協定。根據烏總統辦公室網站公布的另一份總統令，烏克蘭還將退出30項在獨聯體框架內達成的國際條約，包括1991年通過的獨聯體協調機構協定。根據總統令，烏外交部將按程序通知相關國際條約的保存方。 (新華社)
