不少網友指出，白紙簽名有很大的隱患。此前，演員肖戰和歌手華晨宇都曾拒絕過白紙簽名的要求。
而在白紙上簽字“被坑”的經歷，有普通人也曾遭遇過——
中青報·中青網注意到，去年，福建省邵武市人民法院審理了一起“坑娃”的債務糾紛。
2024年3月，剛滿18周歲的小天接到父親王強的電話，說要為他購買房產，需要他本人簽字。小天按照王強要求前往指定的辦公室后，王強拿出一張沒有任何文字的白紙，要求小天在白紙的右下角簽上名字和身份證號。
然而，2025年1月，法院的一紙傳票送至小天手中，隨傳票送達的還有一份借條，借條上寫明“因本人資金周轉需人民幣拾萬元資金不足，向出借人借款到人民幣拾萬元整，借款期限陸個月……借款日期：2024年3月18日”。該借條左下角借款人簽的是王強的名字、身份證號碼并按有手印，而小天的簽名和身份證號則明晃晃地出現在擔保人那一欄。
庭審中，原告稱與王強是朋友關系，王強因資金周轉需向自己借款10萬元，并向自己寫了一張借條，當庭提供了王強出具的借條和自己轉賬10萬元的證據。
Legal risks tied to blank signatures have also surfaced in court. In a case heard by the Shaowu people's court in Fujian province, an 18-year-old signed a blank sheet believing it was required for a property purchase, but was later listed as a guarantor for a 100,000-yuan loan.
幸好，經邵武市人民法院經審理查明：
從借條的形式上看，小天僅簽署了姓名和身份證號碼，并未在借條上按手印，小天簽名前的“擔保人”字樣也并非其所書寫，而是他人字跡，可以初步推斷小天對其需要對案涉借條承擔保證擔保責任不知情。故原告主張小天對上述債務承擔保證擔保責任，于法無據，法院不予支持。
The court found he was unaware of the guarantee obligation, citing handwriting differences and the absence of a fingerprint, and ruled that he was not liable for the debt.
在白紙上簽名有哪些風險？
《法治日報》報道，北京匯祥律師事務所律師張茜曾表示，在白紙上簽名可能會被他人盜用、冒用，偽造協議等文件，增加己方對于文件真實性、合法性的舉證責任，或者被用于欺詐他人，存在一定法律風險。
Legal experts warn that signing blank paper carries significant evidentiary risks. Lawyer Zhang Qian from Beijing-based Allwell Law Firm said such signatures can be altered or used to fabricate agreements, leaving signers responsible for proving a document’s authenticity.
簽字人如果主張不知曉內容，可以申請對文件上的筆跡形成時間、不同筆跡墨水成分、文件不同部位的形成先后順序進行鑒定。如果能夠確認文件系偽造，即可免除法律責任。
律師提醒，白紙簽名隱患多，不要輕易在空白紙上簽名，如確需簽名，須在簽名旁邊備注用途。同時，要求相對人提供收條，注明收到自己簽名的空白紙頁數及所需用途，防止引發不必要的法律風險。
In disputes, forensic examinations may determine when text was added or whether a document was forged. Lawyers advise avoiding blank signatures whenever possible, or clearly stating the purpose of the signature and keeping written proof to reduce potential legal risks.
