據(jù)日本《共同社》報(bào)道,日本電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商KDDI周一宣布,將推出一款由實(shí)體人工智能技術(shù)控制的人形機(jī)器人(a humanoid robot controlled by physical artificial intelligence technology),在零售店等場(chǎng)所為顧客提供服務(wù)。
KDDI將在周一于西班牙巴塞羅那開(kāi)幕的全球最大且最具影響力的通信行業(yè)展會(huì)之一——世界移動(dòng)通信大會(huì)上展示相關(guān)展品(KDDI will showcase related exhibitions at the Mobile World Congress, one of the world's largest and most influential connectivity trade fairs, opening Monday in Barcelona, Spain)。

KDDI與以開(kāi)發(fā)虛擬形象及生成式AI服務(wù)著稱(chēng)的日本初創(chuàng)企業(yè)Avita Inc.合作,計(jì)劃最早于今年秋季試投入客服機(jī)器人,以推廣可在現(xiàn)實(shí)世界運(yùn)行并交互的下一代人工智能系統(tǒng)(operate in and interact with the physical world by implementing customer-service robots on a trial basis as early as this fall)。
該人形機(jī)器人有望通過(guò)與顧客互動(dòng),學(xué)習(xí)并掌握更自然的對(duì)話能力(These humanoids are expected to learn and acquire more natural conversational ability through interaction with customers)。

KDDI將提供通信技術(shù),連接云端數(shù)據(jù)處理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與機(jī)器人,并計(jì)劃在au手機(jī)門(mén)店、醫(yī)療福利機(jī)構(gòu)、美術(shù)館及娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所等地投入使用人形機(jī)器人(with humanoids planned to be operated at "au" mobile phone shops, medical and welfare facilities, art museums and recreational facilities, among others)。
由大阪大學(xué)智能機(jī)器人實(shí)驗(yàn)室石黑浩教授創(chuàng)辦的Avita公司與KDDI已推出遠(yuǎn)程客服系統(tǒng),消費(fèi)者可在AI虛擬形象引導(dǎo)下使用通信、金融、醫(yī)療、居家支援等各類(lèi)基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)(such as telecommunications, finance, health care, and home support -- guided by an AI avatar)。
