四季度25%韓國(guó)家庭入不敷出：貧富差距凸顯，富人家庭赤字降低

據(jù)《韓聯(lián)社》報(bào)道，韓國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)部周一發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，去年第四季度，四分之一韓國(guó)家庭的支出超過了可支配收入，使得出現(xiàn)財(cái)政赤字的家庭比例升至六年來最高水平。

數(shù)據(jù)顯示，去年10月至12月期間，這一比例為25%，是2019年第四季度（當(dāng)時(shí)為26.2%）以來的最高值。

財(cái)政赤字家庭指消費(fèi)支出超過可支配收入的家庭（A deficit household refers to one whose consumption spending exceeds its disposable income）。

市場(chǎng)分析師表示，長(zhǎng)期高通脹再次加劇了家庭財(cái)務(wù)壓力，支出增速超過收入增速（prolonged high inflation has again strained household finances, with spending rising faster than income）。

他們指出，盡管近期股市反彈，但出現(xiàn)赤字的家庭可能沒有多余資金用于投資，有可能錯(cuò)失資產(chǎn)增值收益（They noted that deficit-running households may lack surplus funds for investment potentially missing out on gains in asset values）。

不過一名韓國(guó)官員提醒稱，第四季度赤字家庭比例上升可能受臨時(shí)性因素影響，包括耐用品支出增加，以及10月中秋節(jié)相關(guān)的季節(jié)性消費(fèi)（including higher expenditure on durable goods and seasonal spending related to the Chuseok holiday, which fell in October）。

財(cái)政赤字家庭的比例通常會(huì)隨著收入水平下降而上升，反映出支出相對(duì)于收入的占比更高（The proportion of deficit-running households generally rises as income levels decline, reflecting a higher share of spending relative to income）。

報(bào)道稱，在收入最低的五分之一群體（最底層20%）中，第四季度有58.7%的家庭出現(xiàn)赤字，同比上升1.8個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

第二低收入群體的比例同比上升1.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，至22.4%；

第三收入群體上升0.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，至20.1%；

第四收入群體上升2.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，至16.2%。

然而，與之相反，收入最高的五分之一群體（最頂層20%）的赤字比例下降0.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，至7.3%（the highest income quintile -- the top 20 percent -- fell 0.9 percentage point to 7.3 percent）。

（貸款）利息負(fù)擔(dān)上升也削弱了家庭的消費(fèi)能力。第四季度，韓國(guó)家庭月均利息支出達(dá)13.4萬(wàn)韓元（合92美元），同比上漲11%。

分析師警告稱，利息成本上升可能進(jìn)一步擠壓低收入家庭，并惡化他們對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況的感受（Analysts warned that higher interest costs are likely to further pressure lower-income households and dampen their perception of economic conditions）。
