3月9日，特步在廈門舉辦發布會，頒發豐配友在東京馬拉松2:05:58打破全國紀錄的“國人競速”獎勵。
根據2019年發布的“國人競速”激勵計劃破紀錄獎，刷新全國紀錄可得到100萬元人民幣獎勵，每提升1秒增加1萬元。
同時，特步集團董事局主席兼CEO丁水波在會上發布升級版“國人競速”激勵計劃，增設300萬人民幣破亞洲紀錄獎，每提升1秒增加1萬；并完善“國際健將”、“國家健將”標準的梯度獎勵。
