3月23日，壽司郎官方發布金槍魚產品有疑似寄生蟲“蟲卵”的異物相關事件聲明，聲明中稱，目前已從市場監督管理局了解到調查結果，依據《食品安全國家標準動物性水產制品》(GB10136-2015)中即食生制動物性水產制品的寄生蟲檢驗方法，對涉事門店當日在售同批次的金槍魚產品進行現場采樣送檢，開展寄生蟲項目檢測。檢測結果表明未檢出寄生蟲，符合國家食品安全標準要求。
