3月29日，南都N視頻記者從廣州市消防救援支隊獲悉，29日11時41分，支隊接報荔灣區沖口街道花地大道中228號發生火災，隨后立即調派消防救援力量趕赴現場處置，12時20分，明火撲滅，無人員傷亡。
