當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間4月1日歐盟宣布，因古巴能源危機(jī)持續(xù)和物資短缺導(dǎo)致人道狀況惡化，歐盟向古巴追加200萬(wàn)歐元的人道主義援助，這筆資金將用于支持后勤保障，并幫助向受大范圍停電和食品、飲用水短缺影響的最弱勢(shì)群體提供緊急救援物資。
美國(guó)今年年初進(jìn)一步加大對(duì)古巴施壓，包括實(shí)施新一輪石油限制措施，導(dǎo)致古巴能源危機(jī)惡化。
