Shemar Moore在《S.W.A.T.》演了8年硬漢，最近卻溜回《Young & the Restless》拍了3集。粉絲以為只是情懷客串，他自己在節目里攤牌了：「To be here at The Young and the Restless, it truly is coming home.」
這話不是客套。1994年他23歲，被已故主創Bill Bell從一群新人里撈出來，在Genoa City演了8年Malcolm Winters。2000年拿了日間 他把這33年職業生涯拆成三段：Y&R是高中，Criminal Minds 11年是大學，S.W.A.T. 8年是研究生院。沒有前面那8年，后面全不成立。所以這些年劇組每次喊他回來，「you never say no」。 Kristoff 2019年去世后，這次回歸多了層意思。Shemar說現在回來，是「humbled and honored and nostalgic」——三個詞里，nostalgic大概是給老觀眾的，前兩個是給自己的。
