4月24日，據新京報報道，近日網絡平臺流傳一段“山西代縣水峪村村支書任某平用鏟車推土，有村民被埋倒”視頻。
代縣權威部門工作人員稱，4月16日事發時被埋村民被及時救出，未受傷。
駕駛鏟車的任某平曾于2005年至2015年擔任在水峪村村支書，4月17日被警方刑拘。
初步了解，雙方因土地問題產生糾紛，目前事件具體緣由警方正在全力調查。
