中年的我們，更應(yīng)懂得善待自己

人到中年，感情早已不再是初戀時(shí)的山盟海誓。日子在鍋碗瓢盆中翻攪，幾乎每個(gè)人都會(huì)問自己：他還愛我嗎？其實(shí)，是否被愛，從來都藏不住。

你看他的眼神，就能懂一半，你體會(huì)他的行動(dòng)，也能明白一二。男人愛不愛你，是瞞不了的。尤其這三種表現(xiàn)，答案早就寫在生活的字里行間。

第一，不關(guān)心你的小情緒

別小看生活中的那些“小題大做”。真正愛你的人，會(huì)記得你的每一個(gè)表情。在你低落的時(shí)候，及時(shí)一句問候，一條安慰的消息，勝過千言萬語。

一個(gè)不愛你的男人，與你分享的是“日常”，不是“心”。他對(duì)你的喜怒哀樂毫無波瀾，甚至嫌你情緒多余。你開心，他事不關(guān)己；你難過，他若無其事。愛，其實(shí)就是把你的小事當(dāng)成大事，沒有走心，一切都是例行公事。

第二，不參與你的“世界”

真心喜歡一個(gè)人，永遠(yuǎn)想進(jìn)入她的生活圈子。他愿意陪你逛超市、參加朋友聚會(huì)、哪怕幫你養(yǎng)花種草打理陽臺(tái)，都不會(huì)覺得麻煩。有些男人，嘴上說“忙”，卻總閑著刷手機(jī)，和兄弟吃飯侃天，卻抽不出一分鐘陪你嗑點(diǎn)瓜子。

你的興趣、你的家人、你的生活，他全都選擇性忽略。人生下半場，一起經(jīng)營生活的過程，比甜言蜜語更重要。不愿加入，就說明他心里留的空間早就緊縮到只剩自己。

第三，習(xí)慣性忽略你的需求

一段好的關(guān)系，會(huì)讓彼此變得更好。真正的愛，是愿意為你考慮，哪怕改變一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)生活方式。天冷給你多添一件衣服，下雨提前等你下班，累了陪你散步。可不愛你的男人，習(xí)慣用“你自己看著辦”、“你自己的事情自己搞定”等話術(shù)自保。

他不拒絕，但也絕不主動(dòng)。你的需求常常被默認(rèn)忽視，無論物質(zhì)還是精神。細(xì)節(jié)見真章，哪怕是洗碗分工、睡前道晚安，有心沒心，差別顯而易見。

看到這里，有人也許會(huì)感到落寞，其實(shí)大可不必。感情從來不是單向奔赴，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)方逐漸疏遠(yuǎn)，不代表你不值得愛，只是你還沒遇到那個(gè)足夠珍惜你的人。要相信，屬于你的溫柔，終究不會(huì)迷路。

中年的我們，更應(yīng)懂得善待自己。別在冷漠里委曲求全，也別拿別人不經(jīng)意的忽視懲罰自己。別人不懂得愛你，你就該學(xué)會(huì)更好地愛自己。生活會(huì)因?yàn)槟愕膱?jiān)持和熱愛變得更有溫度，時(shí)間會(huì)讓真正的緣分慢慢靠近。
