聯(lián)合國婦女署中國辦公室現(xiàn)招募一名Programme Analyst, Gender and Climate Change，在聯(lián)合國婦女署中國辦公室代表的指導(dǎo)下，項(xiàng)目分析師將有效制定婦女經(jīng)濟(jì)賦權(quán)（WEE）、氣候變化以及環(huán)境保護(hù)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、落實(shí)和管理評估。快來加入我們吧！

Functional Competencies:

• Good programme formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation skills;

• Good knowledge of Results Based Management;

• Ability to gather and interpret data, reach logical conclusions and present findings and recommendations;

• Good analytical skills;

• Good knowledge of gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, women’s empowerment principles (WEPs), unpaid care and domestic work, gender and climate change, etc;

• Ability to identify and analyze trends, opportunities and threats to fundraising.

Required Skills and Experience

Education and certification:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender/women's studies, international development, or a related field is required;

• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in development programme/project management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting is required;

• Experience in the policy advocacy and programming in women’s economic empowerment programmes in context of rural development, climate action and environmental protection is desirable;

• Experience coordinating and liaising with government agencies and/or donors in China is required;

• Experience in partnership building and resource mobilization is highly advantageous.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is required;

• Excellent writing, and speaking in Chinese is required.
