聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署中國(guó)辦公室現(xiàn)招募一名Programme Analyst, Women’s Economic Empowerment。

分析師將在WEE項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)家的指導(dǎo)下，通過(guò)參與項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、制定、實(shí)施和評(píng)估，分析項(xiàng)目成果并推動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和程序的適當(dāng)應(yīng)用，為聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署中國(guó)辦公室提供項(xiàng)目支持。項(xiàng)目分析師還將與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)、聯(lián)合國(guó)機(jī)構(gòu)以及其他多邊和雙邊合作伙伴密切合作，確保聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署的項(xiàng)目能夠在中國(guó)地區(qū)順利實(shí)施，進(jìn)而推動(dòng)性別平等和婦女賦權(quán)。

初始合同期限：6個(gè)月

技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

Education and certification：

• Master’s degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender/ women’s studies, international development, or a related field is required

• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

• A project/programme management certification (such as PMP?, PRINCE2?, or MSP?) would be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in development programme/project implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting and capacity building;

• Experience in the area of Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) is an asset;

• Experience coordinating and liaising with government agencies and/or donors, particularly EU is an asset.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

• Knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset;
