國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局近日公布了今年1—10月全國商品房銷售的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，商品房銷售降幅收窄，待售面積連續(xù)八個(gè)月減少，房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)到位資金降幅也在收窄。北京、上海、武漢等地雖然樓市還是有所波動(dòng)，但今年的一系列房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控優(yōu)化政策的效果還在繼續(xù)顯現(xiàn)。
