與芬蘭“組CP”，“開放成都”北歐行再結新果 Bond with Finland after Nordic Tour

當冬日的暖陽灑向蓉城，普蘭梅卡集團（Planmeca）的代表走進華西口腔醫(yī)院，雙方在口腔醫(yī)療影像設備前駐足長談——這一幕，正是12月4日“蓉歐產(chǎn)業(yè)對話”——蓉芬合作對話會（“開放成都”合作共享會芬蘭專場）的前奏。從9月北歐行的初次握手，到今日成都的深度擁抱，蓉芬兩地企業(yè)以開放為媒，共同書寫合作新篇章。

Bathed in the nice and cosy sunshine of winter, the visiting delegation of the Planmeca Group were greeted with warm hospitality at the West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University. The visitors and the hosts paused for in-depth talks in front of the dental medical imaging equipment. This scene served as a prelude to the Chengdu Europe Industry Dialogue on Finland - Chengdu Cooperation (" Opening-Chengdu Cooperation and Sharing Session – Finland Special Session ") held on December 4. From the initial hand-shake during the Northern Europe tour in September to the hearty embrace in Chengdu today, enterprises from Chengdu and Finland have taken opening-up as the bridge to jointly write a new chapter of cooperation.

01 緣起

北歐行的“種子”在蓉城生根

Origin: The Seeds of the Northern Europe Tour Take Roots in Chengdu

今年9月，由成都市商務局、市經(jīng)信局、市開放中心、金堂縣和四川一埃錦軒科技有限公司等企業(yè)組成的“開放成都”北歐行出訪團走進芬蘭，展開高密度的商務洽談和產(chǎn)業(yè)對接活動。當成都的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢與合作意向通過代表團的推介傳遞至芬蘭企業(yè)時，他們感慨：“成都的市場潛力與創(chuàng)新環(huán)境令人驚嘆，我們期待盡快回訪！”

In September 2025, the " Opening-Chengdu " Delegation to Northern Europe, consisting of Chengdu Municipal Commerce Bureau, Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Chengdu Opening-up and International Cooperation Center (COICC), Jintang County, and enterprises including Sichuan Yiai-tech Co., Ltd., visited Finland for intensive business and industrial matchmaking events. When the delegation introduced Chengdu' s industrial strengths and made clear the intent of collaboration to the Finnish enterprises, the latter were amazed: " Chengdu' s market potential and innovation environment are eye-opening. We simply can' t wait to pay a return visit. "

這顆合作的種子迅速萌芽。芬蘭國家商務促進局當即表態(tài)：“將組織芬蘭企業(yè)代表團赴蓉，讓合作愿景落地生根。”短短三個月后，30余家芬蘭企業(yè)攜智能制造、綠色科技、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、醫(yī)療康養(yǎng)等領域的技術優(yōu)勢抵達成都，而156家蓉企早已通過市開放中心報名端口等候——一場“雙向奔赴”的洽談就此展開。

This seed of cooperation sprouted in no time. Business Finland promptly nodded approval: "We will organize a delegation of Finnish enterprises to visit Chengdu, turning our vision of cooperation into reality. " Three months later, this commitment was honored. More than30 Finnish enterprises, technically solid in intelligent manufacturing, green technology, digital economy, healthcare and wellness, etc. arrived in Chengdu. At the same time,156 Chengdu enterprisesare well and truly signed up through COICC for thetwo-way reach-out.

從“精準匹配”到“熱絡牽手”

“我們需要智能物流解決方案！”“成都的新能源市場有哪些準入條件？”12月4日下午，在中國—歐洲中心會場內(nèi)，芬蘭企業(yè)代表與蓉企負責人圍坐洽談，提問直擊關切點。本次活動由芬蘭駐華大使館與成都市政府外辦聯(lián)合主辦，成都市政府外辦和市開放中心提前梳理雙方需求，為每家芬蘭企業(yè)征集了3家以上成都對口企業(yè)，甚至為部分企業(yè)定制了“合作清單”。

" We need intelligent logistics solutions! " " What are the threshold for the access to Chengdu' s new energy market? " On the afternoon of December 4, at the Business & Innovation Centre for China-Europe Cooperation (CCEC), representatives from the visiting Finnish enterprises and Chengdu enterprises sat together discussing major concerns of the two parties. In the run-up to the dialogue, Foreign Affairs Office of the Chengdu Municipal People' s Government and COICC had listed the demands of both sides, matching each Finnish enterprise with at least three counterpart Chengdu enterprises, and even tailoring the " cooperation lists " for some enterprises.

普蘭梅卡集團的故事在會場頻頻發(fā)生。樂普森集團的“WePark戶外運動公園”項目適配成都“公園城市”定位，一經(jīng)推介便吸引了成都企業(yè)的目光。通力代表分享的智能電梯和節(jié)能建筑技術大受追捧，成都高新投資集團等蓉企當即遞上名片。“我發(fā)現(xiàn)外國人也能有‘中國夢’，外國人也想來這里創(chuàng)業(yè)、開公司。”活動中，Tammi Consulting創(chuàng)始人、CEO唐明（Lauri Tammi）點贊中國的營商環(huán)境。

Stories similar to that of Planmeca Group abounded at the event. For example, the " WePark " project of Lappset Group aligns perfectly with Chengdu' s " park city "positioning. Therefore, upon its introduction, the project spotlighted the session and captivated the attention of many Chengdu enterprises. The smart elevator and the energy-efficient building technologies, shared by the representative of KONE, turned out to be much sought after at the event. Chengdu enterprises such as CDHT Investment promptly handed over their business cards to the KONE team on the spot.

Platform: Getting Familiar with the Market

“你們讓跨國資源對接變得清晰起來。”芬蘭代表聽完市開放中心對“開放成都”合作伙伴計劃的介紹后感嘆。伙伴計劃已匯聚全球30余國超360家（位）創(chuàng)新企業(yè)、商務機構和專家智庫，過去一年多來，在全球開展了80余場海外經(jīng)貿(mào)活動，讓蓉品蓉企與全球合作資源跨越山海、越走越近。

" You' ve made cross-border resources-matchmaking coherent and well-organized. " A Finnish representative marveled after hearing the introduction by COICC on the Chengdu & Partners Program (C&P). This program has now brought together over 360 entities from more than 30 countries worldwide. Over the past year, COICC has organized over 80 overseas economic and trade events globally, making Chengdu products and enterprises better connected with their foreign partners and resources defying physical distance.

6月，阿爾托創(chuàng)新協(xié)會通過第二屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會同四川及成都結緣；9月，“開放成都”北歐行出訪團與阿爾托創(chuàng)新協(xié)會在芬蘭“約會”；10月，阿爾托創(chuàng)新協(xié)會駐成都代表處在2025四川國際創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)合作論壇暨四川-芬蘭科技成果對接專場活動上揭牌；在12月的會場上，阿爾托創(chuàng)新協(xié)會中國合伙人郭海峰計劃著與更多“成都伙伴”一起，推動北歐創(chuàng)新技術在成都落地。

In June 2025, the Aalto Entrepreneurship Society (Aaltoes) forged ties with Sichuan Province and Chengdu City through the 2nd Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange.In September, the " Opening-Chengdu " Delegation to Northern Europe met with Aalto Entrepreneurship Society. In October, the Aalto Entrepreneurship Society Chengdu Representative Office was unveiled at the 2025 Sichuan International Innovation Industrial Cooperation Forum (SIIICF 2025) and Sichuan-Finland Science & Technology Achievement Matchmaking Session. Guo Haifeng, a Chinese partner of the Aalto Entrepreneurship Society, planned to forge links with more C&P members in December to facilitate the commercialization of innovative achievements from Northern Europe .

04 展望

從“一棵樹”到“一片林”

Outlook: From " A Single Tree" to "A Thriving Forest "

本次芬蘭代表團計劃在成都開展為期兩天的實地考察。芬蘭國家商務促進局醫(yī)療負責人李佳璇透露：“四川大學華西醫(yī)院、四川泰康醫(yī)院、成都愛爾眼科、成都第一骨科醫(yī)院都會是接下來行程的重點。”而蓉企同樣動作頻頻——不少企業(yè)代表當場表示愿意加入“成都伙伴”，與更多芬蘭企業(yè)共同研發(fā)新技術、開拓新市場。

The Finnish delegation is scheduled to stay two days in Chengdu for business visit. Li Jiaxuan, a leader of the healthcare team at Business Finland, revealed: " The West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Sichuan Taikang Hospital, Aier Eye Hospital, and No. 1 Orthopedics Hospital of Chengdu are key stops on our itinerary." Chengdu enterprises are also busy taking swift yet solid steps—on the sideline of the event, many representatives voiced their readiness to join C&P to jointly develop new technologies and explore new markets with more Finnish enterprises.
