新京報貝殼財經訊 12月5日，天山股份公告，子公司根據企業自查情況，需補繳稅款及滯納金共計約6185.58萬元。截至本公告披露日，子公司已將上述稅款及滯納金繳納完畢。子公司補繳上述稅款及滯納金將計入2025年當期損益，預計將影響公司2025年度凈利潤約6185.58萬元。
