新京報貝殼財經訊 12月5日，上緯新材公告，公司擬與關聯方智元創新(上海)科技股份有限公司簽訂《許可協議》，智元創新將其擁有的“ARM嵌入式軟件及通信中間件軟件代碼”授權公司使用，公司將支付智元創新合計2600萬元的授權使用費。本次交易構成關聯交易，但不構成重大資產重組。
