近日，上海一駕駛員在北翟路近綏寧路路段，因未按規定交替通行，與直行車輛發生碰撞。警方認定其行為違反了“遇排隊或緩行未依次交替通行”的規定，對其處以罰款200元，并承擔事故全部責任。
