廁所吸煙會讓玻璃變透明？有網(wǎng)友喊話“全國推廣”，也有人反對……

近日，有網(wǎng)友在深圳一大廈的廁所拍到了一扇特殊的門——上面寫著 “吸煙將使玻璃變透明” 。

An office complex in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, has drawn widespread attention after installing a smart restroom system that turns toilet cubicle glass fully transparent when smoking is detected.

據(jù)深視新聞報道，12月15日，記者來到深圳羅湖區(qū)的水貝國際中心。

在商場負(fù)一樓的男衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)，記者看到，安裝有特殊玻璃的廁所隔間旁張貼著一塊醒目的警示牌，“吸煙將使玻璃變透明！可別沒忍住被拍變成網(wǎng)紅了！”金色字體旁還配有一個卡通化的“社死”表情包。

Reporters from SZTV News visited Shuibei International Center in Luohu district on Monday, where stalls with this special glass were found in a men's restroom on the basement level. Along with several cubicles being fitted with special glass panels, a warning sign was also visible, reading: "Smoking will make the glass transparent! Don't lose control and become an internet sensation!" The warming was accompanied by a cartoon "social death" emoji.

商場公告說明，此處已啟用智能感應(yīng)控?zé)熛到y(tǒng)，如果檢測到煙霧，隔間玻璃便會自動轉(zhuǎn)為全透明狀態(tài)，同時觸發(fā)警報警示。

記者在現(xiàn)場實(shí)測后發(fā)現(xiàn)，一旦有人在隔間內(nèi)吸煙，煙霧警報器便會當(dāng)即觸發(fā)，并持續(xù)鳴響提醒。

According to a mall notice, the intelligent smoke-control system automatically turns cubicle glass transparent and triggers an alarm when smoke is detected. During on-site tests, reporters found that lighting a cigarette immediately activated the alarm.

記者了解到，不僅是水貝國際中心，同在羅湖區(qū)的水貝金座也已安裝同類控?zé)熛到y(tǒng)。在大廈的衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)，記者同樣進(jìn)行了實(shí)測，當(dāng)點(diǎn)燃香煙后，隔間玻璃隨即因煙霧感應(yīng)由乳白色磨砂狀轉(zhuǎn)為透明。

水貝金座運(yùn)營總監(jiān)表示，“通過煙感報警器通電聯(lián)動玻璃狀態(tài)變化的技術(shù)，是今年8月改造完成并啟用的，獲得了商戶和市民的廣泛認(rèn)可。”“從試行效果來看，該系統(tǒng)對控制吸煙行為作用顯著。”

The system is not limited to Shuibei International Center. Reporters found it has also been installed at another office complex in Luohu district. An operations director there said the upgraded system was launched in August and has proven effective in curbing smoking, earning broad recognition from tenants and the public.

羊城晚報消息，記者通過專業(yè)人士了解到，該設(shè)施的核心技術(shù)為市面上成熟的電控調(diào)光玻璃，其工作原理是在玻璃內(nèi)部嵌入液晶調(diào)光膜：

通電狀態(tài)下，膜內(nèi)液晶分子有序排列，玻璃呈現(xiàn)霧化不透明狀態(tài)；當(dāng)煙感傳感器檢測到煙霧濃度達(dá)到設(shè)定閾值時，會立即聯(lián)動切斷電源，液晶分子隨即隨機(jī)散亂分布，玻璃在數(shù)秒內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)為透明狀態(tài)，通過“行為公開化“的方式形成控?zé)熗亍?/p>

The system uses commercially mature electrically switchable glass. When powered, liquid crystal molecules align to keep the glass opaque. Once smoke concentration exceeds a preset threshold, the power is cut, causing the glass to turn transparent within seconds to deter smoking by making the behavior publicly visible.

社交平臺上，不少網(wǎng)友將其稱為“控?zé)熀诳萍肌保粲跞珖茝V類似創(chuàng)新控?zé)熌Ｊ健?/p>

羊城晚報記者注意到，支持聲中也夾雜著不少質(zhì)疑與擔(dān)憂。反對者認(rèn)為，公共廁所雖屬公共區(qū)域，但如廁行為具有天然的私密性，若因電路故障、煙感傳感器誤判（如廁所內(nèi)的異味、蒸汽等非吸煙因素觸發(fā)）導(dǎo)致玻璃無故透明，可能構(gòu)成對個人隱私的侵犯。

The system has been praised online as a "high-tech anti-smoking solution", with calls for wider adoption, but it has also sparked concerns over privacy. Critics warn that malfunctions or false alarms, such as those triggered by odors or steam, could expose users, despite the inherently private nature of restroom use.

廣東格厚律師事務(wù)所盧衛(wèi)國律師認(rèn)為，公共廁所內(nèi)的如廁行為屬于受法律保護(hù)的隱私范疇，即便設(shè)施旨在控?zé)煟?strong>若因技術(shù)故障、設(shè)計(jì)缺陷導(dǎo)致無辜者隱私暴露，設(shè)施運(yùn)營方仍可能需要承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的民事侵權(quán)責(zé)任。

同時，公共區(qū)域禁煙是《公共場所控制吸煙條例》的明確要求，該設(shè)施的控?zé)熌康木哂泻戏ㄐ裕鶕?jù)行政法領(lǐng)域的“比例原則”，治理手段需與治理目的相匹配，若“透明威懾”的程度超出必要限度，比如煙霧消散后仍長時間保持透明、未設(shè)置應(yīng)急干預(yù)機(jī)制等，可能涉嫌不合理行政干預(yù)，違背公共治理的合法性與適當(dāng)性要求。

Lu Weiguo, a lawyer in Guangdong, said restroom use falls within the scope of legally protected privacy and that operators could face civil liability if technical flaws expose non-smokers. While public smoking bans are clearly mandated, he added that enforcement must follow the principle of proportionality, warning that excessive or poorly controlled "transparency deterrents" could be legally problematic.
