浙江省委組織部12月22日發布任前公示通告，其中：李堅，男，漢族，1971年5月生，大學，中共黨員，現任瑞安市委書記，擬提名為設區市人大常委會副主任候選人。

公開信息顯示，李堅，浙江溫州人，1993年6月加入中國共產黨，1993年8月參加工作，浙江大學公共管理碩士畢業。
李堅長期任職溫州市委組織部。2022年12月，他任溫州市瑞安市委書記。
