官宣：共同海損

集裝箱船航行途中斷電，這也能算共同海損？是的，馬士基這艘船就剛剛以這個理由宣布共同海損！

據壹航運最新獲悉：一艘服務于馬士基亞洲-南美航線、曾掛靠中國上海、深圳蛇口、船名為W KYRENIA (IMO: 9211494)的集裝箱船，近日被船東正式宣布進入共同海損！

據悉，事故發生在2025年12月4日，當時W KYRENIA輪正在從亞洲多個港口駛往南美洲巴西途中，于香港（Hong Kong）附近海域航行時，發生全船斷電和/或應急發電機受損事故。

多家理賠公司發布的公告顯示：目前“W KYRENIA”輪船東已宣布共同海損（General Average），并指定Francis & Arnold Ltd擔任共同海損理算人，同時由Blue Seas Adjusters Ltd作為共同海損保證金的代收機構。

公開資料還顯示，此次事故發生前，涉事的“W KYRENIA”輪此前曾發生過多起技術故障：2021年5月出現主機故障，2022年5月又曾發生主機過熱問題。

該船由Kauai Shipping Limited所有，由馬士基集團（Maersk A/S）負責運營，主要從事亞洲與南美洲國家之間的航線運輸業務。

馬士基官方船期顯示，事發前，這艘運力為6802標箱的集裝箱船剛剛從中國上海港開出，按原定計劃，將掛靠深圳蛇口港，之后經停越南頭頓港（Vung Tau）和新加坡，駛往南美桑托斯港（Santos）

受此次事故影響，相關貨物交付預計將出現延誤，且不排除發生貨損或丟失的可能性。

理賠公司提醒相關貨代貨主：由于已構成共同海損，貨方在目的港提貨前，需按規定提供共同海損擔保（General Average Security），方可放行貨物。
