方瀟雨博士獲任聯(lián)合國2027年“海洋十年”大會議程委員會委員

Future Earth Coasts (FEC) is delighted to announce that Dr. Xiaoyu Fang, Co?Executive Director of FEC and Assistant Research Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research (SKLEC), East China Normal University, has been appointed as a member of the Programme Committee for the 2027 Ocean Decade Conference. The appointment was announced by the UN Ocean Decade on 15 January 2026, alongside the selection of 18 global experts who will guide the strategic direction of the 2027 Conference.

未來地球海岸（FEC）隆重宣布，F(xiàn)EC聯(lián)合執(zhí)行主任、華東師范大學(xué)河口海岸全國重點實驗室助理研究員方瀟雨博士獲任為聯(lián)合國2027年“海洋十年”大會議程委員會委員。該任命由聯(lián)合國“海洋十年”于2026年1月15日公布，一同公布的還有將共同引領(lǐng)2027年大會戰(zhàn)略方向的18位全球?qū)＜颐麊巍?/strong>

The 2027 Ocean Decade Conference, to be held on 7–9 April 2027 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, will be a major milestone for the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development 2021–2030. Co-organized by the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) of UNESCO, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Brazil, and the City of Rio de Janeiro, the event will provide a unique opportunity to take stock of progress, launch new initiatives, and shape the Decade’s legacy beyond 2030.

聯(lián)合國2027年“海洋十年”大會將于2027年4月7–9日在巴西里約熱內(nèi)盧舉行，是聯(lián)合國“促進可持續(xù)發(fā)展海洋科學(xué)十年”（2021–2030）的重要里程碑。大會由聯(lián)合國教科文組織政府間海洋學(xué)委員會（IOC）、巴西科學(xué)、技術(shù)與創(chuàng)新部以及里約熱內(nèi)盧市政府共同主辦，將為回顧十年進展、啟動新倡議、并塑造2030年后的海洋十年愿景提供重要契機。

The appointment reflects both FEC’s four decades of dedication to advancing coastal sustainability and SKLEC’s leading role in the UN Ocean Decade’s Mega?Delta Programme, one of the Decade’s endorsed actions addressing the world’s most vulnerable delta regions. The work of FEC and SKLEC have been central to strengthening science?policy interfaces, fostering regional collaboration, and advancing nature?based solutions for coastal resilience.

這項任命既體現(xiàn)了FEC四十年來致力于推動海岸可持續(xù)發(fā)展的長期貢獻，也彰顯了河口海岸全國重點實驗室（SKLEC）在聯(lián)合國海洋十年“大河三角洲計劃”中的引領(lǐng)作用。“大河三角洲計劃”是聯(lián)合國海洋十年認(rèn)可的首批行動之一，旨在應(yīng)對全球最脆弱三角洲地區(qū)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。這些工作在加強科學(xué)與政策銜接、促進區(qū)域合作、以及推動基于自然的海岸韌性解決方案方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。
