新華社聯(lián)合國1月21日電 中國常駐聯(lián)合國代表團(tuán)臨時代辦孫磊21日在關(guān)于安理會改革政府間談判的聯(lián)大會議上發(fā)言時說，日本這種對歷史罪行不知悔改、違背國際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則、挑戰(zhàn)二戰(zhàn)勝利成果、公然踐踏戰(zhàn)后國際秩序的國家，無法承擔(dān)維護(hù)國際和平與安全的職責(zé)，無法取信于國際社會，根本沒有資格要求成為安理會常任理事國。
