2025年12月，天津打造的首家岐黃學院在剛果（布）啟幕，該學院由天津中醫藥大學第一附屬醫院與剛果（布）中剛友好醫院聯合共建，聚焦醫療、培訓、科研等核心功能，建設成惠及當地民眾、深化中剛友誼的“小而美”精品工程。

In December 2025, Qi-Huang Institute of Medicinebuilt by Tianjin, the first of its kind, was inaugurated in the Republic of the Congo. Co-founded byThe First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine andSino-CongoleseFriendship HospitalinBrazzaville, theInstitute focuses on core functions such as medical treatment, training and scientific research, andhas developed into a “smallbutinfluential” projectbenefiting local people and strengthening friendship between the two countries.

作為天津市第32批援剛果（布）醫療隊隊長、岐黃學院中方執行院長，李曉東于2025年11月6日隨隊出征，肩負起主持岐黃學院運營的重任。“中醫藥是中華民族的瑰寶，也是世界人民的財富。”李曉東說，“想要讓傳統醫藥更好造福各國人民，就要真正融入當地社會，發揮中醫藥和當地傳統醫學的優勢，堅持守正創新，用療效贏得信任。”

As theheadof Tianjin's 32ndMedical Aid Team to the Republic of the Congo and Chinese ExecutiveDeanof Qi-HuangInstituteof Medicine, Li Xiaodongbegan working herewith his team on November 6, 2025. Unlike previous medical team assignments, they also need to take on the work of Qi-Huang Institute, which aims to share Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the local people."TCM is a treasure of the Chinese nation andalsoa wealth forall thepeople around the world," said Li Xiaodong. "In order to enable TCM to benefit more people, it is imperative to make it accessible to more people of the world. During this process, people of other countries can compare the advantages of different medical systems and choose the one suitable for them.

在岐黃學院啟動儀式上，剛果（布）衛生部辦公廳主任穆卡薩特意前來體驗中醫適宜技術，短短幾十分鐘，穆卡薩腰部緊繃感大幅減輕。“我被腰痛困擾了很多年，嘗試過許多治療方式還是難緩不適。今天體驗的針灸治療太神奇了！沒有復雜的流程，卻有實實在在的療效，這是來自中國的健康禮物！”穆卡薩豎起大拇指連連稱贊，此后他不僅主動向身邊親友推薦中醫，更全力支持岐黃學院建設，成為中醫藥在當地傳播的“民間使者”。口口相傳間，天津中醫藥的口碑在當地民眾中迅速傳開，已成為他們就醫的新選擇。

Since then, he has not only actively recommended TCM tohisrelatives and friends but also fully supported theInstitute's development, becoming a "folkambassador" for TCM's local dissemination.More and more people were benefited from the TCM treatment, and more and more people heard about it and came too. The reputation ofTianjin's TCMisspreadingamong localpeople and has become a new choice for their medical treatments.

如今，岐黃學院的診室里，總是坐滿了候診的患者。科博·盧娜是岐黃學院康復科的助理醫生，患者對中醫的信任，她看在眼里：“學院開始運營一個月以來，累計接診超過400人次，涉及超過10個病種。顯著的療效收獲眾多患者的好評，越來越多有類似困擾的患者慕名而來接受治療。”

Today, the consulting rooms of Qi-HuangInstituteof Medicineare always filled with waiting patients.Kombo Lune,an assistantphysicianin the Rehabilitation Department oftheInstitute,has witnessed the patients' trustin TCM: "Since theInstitute started operations a month ago, it has received a total of over 400 patient visits, covering more than 10disease categories. The remarkabletherapeuticeffects have won widespread praise fromnumerouspatients, andan increasing number ofpatients with similarproblemsareon their waycomingherefor treatment."

患者多了，醫生人手緊缺，培養更多當地醫生成了“頭等大事”。“天津作為中國最早承派援外醫療隊的省市之一，早在1967年就獨立組隊向剛果（布）持續派遣醫療隊。如果說往期醫療隊讓中醫在這里扎下根，那我們的任務就是讓它開枝散葉。為當地打造一支‘帶不走的醫療隊’，是醫療隊成員們共同的愿望。我們希望剛果（布）自己的醫生，能夠用中醫技藝為自己的同胞診療治病。”李曉東說。

Along withthe increasing number ofpatientscamea shortage of doctors. Training more local doctors has become a "top priority." "As one of the earliest provincesor provincial-level municipalitiesofChina to dispatch medical aid teams abroad, Tianjin has independently organized and continuously sent medical aid teams to the Republic of the Congo as early as 1967. If previous medical aid teams have helped TCM takingrootin this African country, ourjobis to make it flourish. Building a"medicalteamof composed of local doctors"isthe sharedaspiration of all team members. We hope thattheCongo's own doctors can diagnose and treat their compatriotsusingTCMtechnologies," said Li Xiaodong.

岐黃學院在運營初期即同步開設“岐黃第一課”，援非醫療隊隊員以“理論講授+實操示范”相結合的模式，向剛果（布）的醫學生現場講授針灸、推拿等中醫適宜技術的理論與應用，同時結合非洲傳統醫學經驗優化診療方案，共享經驗，取長補短，共同將傳統醫學發揚光大。授人以漁，讓當地醫生對中醫藥文化的信任更加深刻。

TheInstitute launched the "First Lesson in Qi-Huang"programin the early stage of its operation.In the lessons, members of the medical aid team adopted a model of "theoretical teaching + practical demonstration"inteachingTCM technologies such as acupuncture and tuinatoCongolesemedicalstudents,integrating African traditional medicalpractices to optimize diagnosis and treatment, andsharingexperiences, learningfrom each other's strengths, and jointly carryingforward traditional medicineof both sides.This way of teachingpeoplehow to fishrather than only giving them fishhas deepened local doctors' trust in TCM culture.

這份不斷延伸的信任，同樣需要堅實的平臺支撐。天津市衛生健康委依托天津醫學高等專科學校國際教育學院組建“岐黃學院研究與推廣中心”，通過雙語教學資源研發、學術成果交流、合作模式開發等多元形式，助力岐黃學院的高質量建設。同時，學院還將與剛方共同推動產業深度合作，依托當地植物資源和天津藥物研發、成果轉化的優勢，支持藥材種植、加工和應用的本地化，實現保健食品和新資源食品開發，帶動傳統醫藥產業進步。

At the same time, theInstituteisalsoworkingwiththeCongolese sideonpromotingin-depth industrial cooperation.Leveraging local plant resources and Tianjin's advantages inmedicineresearch and development as well as achievement transformation,the Centerwill support the localization of medicinalherbs'planting, processing and application,facilitatethe development of health food and new resource food,as well asthe traditional medicine industry.

“我們希望借助學院的專業力量，推動兩國互學互鑒。中醫和我們當地傳統醫學各有優勢，通過合作，希望可以取長補短，共同將傳統醫學發揚光大。”提及未來發展，科博·盧娜充滿期待。
