當地時間1月27日，裝載旅日大熊貓“曉曉”和“蕾蕾”的卡車從東京上野動物園出發前往機場，啟程返回中國。
當天一早，許多日本民眾聚集在上野動物園門口，與大熊貓作最后的告別。當卡車駛離動物園時，不少民眾忍不住落淚，呼喚著“曉曉”和“蕾蕾”，目送卡車離去。
