1月29日，外交部發(fā)言人郭嘉昆主持例行記者會，有記者就烏克蘭危機提問。
郭嘉昆表示，中方在烏克蘭危機問題上的立場是一貫的、明確的，我們從不拱火澆油，也不趁機漁利，更不接受甩鍋推責。中方始終呼吁各方遵守戰(zhàn)場不外溢、戰(zhàn)事不升級、各方不拱火的局勢降溫三原則，共同為危機的政治解決積累條件。中方將繼續(xù)以自己的方式為緩解烏克蘭人道局勢發(fā)揮建設性作用。
