北京航空航天大學發布訃告，中國共產黨黨員，中國科學院院士，著名計算機科學家、教育家，我國計算機和人工智能領域重要奠基人之一，第十、十一屆全國政協委員，北京航空航天大學原校長李未同志，因病醫治無效，于2026年1月25日23時10分在北京逝世，享年82歲。
李未同志遺體送別儀式將于2026年1月31日上午9時在八寶山殯儀館東禮堂舉行。
