二、您需要符合什么條件

（一）地域范圍：港澳臺和國外。

（二）學歷要求：博士研究生畢業(yè)。

（三）工作背景需符合以下條件之一：

1.優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新人才一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經歷（境外取得博士學位可放寬至24個月）；未全職回國（境）（來華）或2025年1月1日后全職回國（境）（來華）。

2.優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)業(yè)人才全職回國不超過6年，創(chuàng)辦企業(yè)2年以上5年以下，本人是企業(yè)主要創(chuàng)辦人且第一大股東或者最大自然人股東，一般應在海外取得學位。
