據伊朗媒體2月5日報道，伊朗最先進的遠程彈道導彈之一“霍拉姆沙赫爾-4”型彈道導彈，已部署在伊朗伊斯蘭革命衛隊某個地下導彈城。該導彈射程2000公里，可攜帶1500公斤彈頭。伊朗伊斯蘭革命衛隊方面稱，展示“霍拉姆沙赫爾-4”型導彈向美國及其他西方國家傳遞一個明確信號，即伊朗堅定維持自身防務能力。
