2026年2月19日19時40分，郟縣茨芭鎮楊某與丁某洛因電動二輪車碰撞引發口角。楊某兒子劉某飛、兒媳韓某娜到達現場后，對丁某洛同行的姐姐丁某樂及現場人員郭某、張某凡、薛某源進行辱罵、毆打。
目前，公安機關已對犯罪嫌疑人劉某飛、韓某娜采取刑事強制措施。案件正在進一步辦理中。
