光谷 | 康魅路公共停車場已打圍！
近日，經過康魅路公共停車場項目所在地，發現場地已打圍并掛上了項目門牌。
2023年5月，位于康魅路以北、梁山頭路以東、流芳路以西的公共停車場啟動招標登記。計劃工期630天。康魅路公共停車場總用地面積約14308㎡，總建筑面積約22394.13㎡。其中地上建筑面積15644㎡，地下6751㎡，總停車位625個，為地面三層地下一層自走式停車樓。
