新華社德黑蘭2月28日電 據伊朗媒體2月28日報道，伊朗最高國家安全委員會發布第1號公告說，伊朗武裝部隊已對美國和以色列的軍事行動予以堅決回應。
公告發布5點提醒：1、美以在伊朗的行動還將繼續，呼吁居民前往安全地點避難；2、伊朗政府已做好各項準備，民眾無需擔心物資供應，避免前往人員密集處；3、各學校暫時關閉；4、銀行將繼續提供服務；5、伊朗政府機關將以50%的能力運作。（完）
