人生，一場遠行，始于稚嫩哭啼，終于靜謐黃昏。少年不解春秋事，中年埋頭柴米間。直到兩鬢霜華，方知萬千熱鬧，不過過眼云煙。

曾幾何時，也羨慕兒孫圍膝，歡聲笑語在溫暖里流轉。可到頭來，熱鬧終歸散場，房間寬敞，腳步漸稀。那些曾視若珍寶的熱鬧，如今看去，只是人世的插曲。

晚霞易逝，月色如歌。人老了才懂，依賴兒孫，不過是一廂情愿。誰都有自己的路要走，誰都背著風雨前行。到了黃昏，靠他們就像依水筑屋，看似安穩，實則虛浮。

年歲漸長，心也柔軟。總算明了，真正能相伴人生末章的，不在于他人的陪伴，而在于身邊這四樣。它們，像簡靜的燈火，默默映亮剩下的路途。

第一，是身體。健康，是歲月贈予最珍貴的禮物。年輕不覺，在疾病面前才知軟弱；有個硬朗身體，日日三餐尚能自理，閑時還能走出門外，曬曬太陽，種幾盆蘭花，就是人間清福。

第二，是財力。錢，不必多，但夠用。衣食無憂時，心底便篤定，有柴有米，寒夜不怕；無需看誰臉色，無懼風雨侵襲。守著自己的小金庫，是對生活的最真誠回應。

第三，是朋友。親情雖厚，有時卻顯無奈。老友三五，相知多年，是時間篩出的珍珠。能在午后共飲，茶涼但話不盡；有事有人牽掛，無事有人念叨，這淡淡情誼，如老酒愈陳愈香。

第四，是心態。經歷了世事炎涼，見慣了悲歡離合，也就慢慢學會放下。心寬一點，看云卷云舒，不再和日子較勁，隨遇而安；對世界溫柔些，對自己也慈悲些，哪怕夜色深沉，心中也有微光閃亮。

所以，兒孫滿堂，實為鏡花水月。屬于你的幸福，終究要自己點燃。別等雪落頭頂才懊悔，趁年華尚在，把身體養好，把錢袋看緊，把友誼珍藏，把心情打磨。

風起的時候，能自斟一盞茶；雨落的時候，有舊友能慰語。身安心寬，哪怕獨坐窗前，也覺萬物皆親。一花一世界，一葉亦成詩。

人生不過百年，浮生如寄。真正的自在晚年，不在于聚散的人群，不在于外物的紛擾，而在于這四樣——身體、財富、朋友、心態。缺一不可。
