新京報訊 據上海市公安局黃浦分局官方微博消息，2026年3月27日19時許，淮海中路柳林路路口發生一起交通事故。經初步調查，陳某（男、38歲）駕駛小客車行駛至該路口時，因避讓一輛非機動車而駛上人行道，撞及多名行人。經送醫治療，傷者均無生命危險。目前，已排除陳某酒駕毒駕嫌疑，事故調查工作正在進一步開展中。
