4月3日報道，河南男子劉某好心搭載三名親戚返程，途中發生追尾事故致2人死亡。一審以交通肇事罪判處其有期徒刑三年九個月。二審期間，劉某與死者家屬達成調解并取得諒解，法院綜合考慮“好意同乘”、認罪悔罪等情節，改判為有期徒刑三年，緩刑四年。（潮新聞）
