宋冬冬，漢族，1992年出生于河北省邢臺市沙河市。珍跡（杭州）書畫院理事。中國文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)研究院，華夏文學(xué)藝術(shù)院會員。 2020年眾志成城戰(zhàn)疫情“中華大愛”全國書畫大賽獲得美術(shù)組金獎。2020年“中華精英杯”全國書畫大賽獲得美術(shù)組特別金獎。2022年“書畫情”全國書畫攝影大賽獲得美術(shù)組特別白金獎。
