經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)達(dá)1年的努力，啟明星三里屯校區(qū)正式收獲WELL認(rèn)證——而且一舉拿下最高級(jí)別——鉑金級(jí)！

這在中國(guó)大陸的K-12學(xué)校里，是第一個(gè)、也是唯一的存在！（詳情可前往WELL官網(wǎng)查詢）

WELL，和我們有什么關(guān)系？

WELL是由 IWBI（國(guó)際WELL健康研究院）推出的國(guó)際認(rèn)證體系，基于醫(yī)學(xué)研究，評(píng)估和認(rèn)證建筑對(duì)人體健康和舒適度的影響，強(qiáng)調(diào)將健康理念持續(xù)注入建筑空間的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)中，關(guān)注其中“人”的體驗(yàn)以及與社區(qū)的鏈接。

如果還覺得抽象，你可以這樣理解：

“綠色食品”是健康食材的標(biāo)志；
WELL認(rèn)證是建筑的“健康證明”，為建筑中的"人”提供健康幸福體驗(yàn)的能力證明。

它從空氣、水、光、聲，到運(yùn)動(dòng)、心理健康和社區(qū)等10個(gè)維度為建筑及健康運(yùn)營(yíng)能力做“體檢”，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注在里面生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工作的人的健康和幸福感。

對(duì)啟明星來說，這意味著我們的教學(xué)樓“身體健康”，從空氣到光線，從噪音到心理支持，都達(dá)到了頂級(jí)的健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，三里屯校區(qū)對(duì)建筑里人的關(guān)愛、以及對(duì)各項(xiàng)社區(qū)共建項(xiàng)目的關(guān)注也得到了很大的肯定！

運(yùn)營(yíng)總監(jiān)周廷杰也分享了背后的初衷：

“我們想知道，學(xué)校的教學(xué)環(huán)境和我們提供的服務(wù)到底達(dá)到了什么水平？哪些方面還能做得更好？于是我們選擇使用全球通行的健康建筑空間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來檢驗(yàn)自己，用國(guó)際標(biāo)尺對(duì)齊學(xué)校的日常體驗(yàn)，驅(qū)動(dòng)我們不斷改進(jìn)和提升。”

10大維度，高分畢業(yè)

空氣、水、營(yíng)養(yǎng)、光、運(yùn)動(dòng)、熱舒適、聲環(huán)境、材料、心理健康、社區(qū)、創(chuàng)新，這10個(gè)維度，三里屯校區(qū)全部高分通過！而且很多細(xì)節(jié)遠(yuǎn)超WELL標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，連認(rèn)證師都直呼“驚訝”，比如：

空氣：采用醫(yī)院等級(jí)過濾系統(tǒng)；
光線：國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是500照度，我們做到了600的平均照度；

噪音：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求≤60分貝，我們做到只有49分貝，就連空調(diào)都是靜音模式。

校區(qū)還配置了全方位監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)：每間教室及公共區(qū)域都設(shè)置了檢測(cè)終端，每小時(shí)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)空氣、濕度、噪音等數(shù)據(jù)，異常情況會(huì)實(shí)時(shí)上報(bào)到運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的手機(jī)應(yīng)用，可謂“健康守護(hù)360度24小時(shí)在線”。

“社區(qū)建設(shè)”為我們大大加分

讓三里屯在WELL認(rèn)證高分畢業(yè)的，還有來自“社區(qū)建設(shè)”的大大加分——關(guān)注“人”的部分：

校區(qū)設(shè)有專門的心理恢復(fù)空間，師生都可以來這里開啟靜心程序；

校區(qū)定期舉辦慈善市集，售賣有機(jī)食品、低碳商品、為慈善項(xiàng)目募款的機(jī)構(gòu)、啟明星社區(qū)成員都是參加者；

三里屯學(xué)生也時(shí)常走出校門，前往周邊社區(qū)宣傳學(xué)校的核心價(jià)值觀和獨(dú)具特色的社會(huì)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目；

校園小花園里，老師會(huì)帶著孩子們種果蔬、做堆肥、養(yǎng)護(hù)花草。成熟的瓜果還是孩子們午餐桌上的綠色食材.....

這一切讓校區(qū)這個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)所，迭代成一座由師生、家長(zhǎng)和社區(qū)共同打造的、充滿活力的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。

這次獲得WELL鉑金認(rèn)證，不僅是國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)啟明星三里屯校區(qū)的認(rèn)可，更是學(xué)校核心價(jià)值觀的集中體現(xiàn)：

What does WELL Certification

have to do with Students？

The WELL standard is aninternational certification systemlaunched by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).Based on medical research,it evaluates and certifies the impact of buildings on human health and comfort. It emphasizes the ongoing integration of health concepts into the daily operation of building spaces, with a focus on the experience of people and their connection with the community.

To put it simply:

Just as “green food” is the symbol of healthy ingredients;

A WELL Certification is the“green seal”for buildings, serving as proof of their ability to provide healthy and enjoyable experiences for the people inside.

WELL Certification focuses on ten categories (concepts)—air, water, light, sound, movement, mind and community—performing a “health check” for the environment,with a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of the people inside.

For Daystar, this means our academic buildings are“in good health”: from air quality to lighting, from noise levels to counseling, all meet the top standards of wellbeing. The Sanlitun Campus has also received strong recognition for its care for the people within the buildings, as well as for its attention to various community-building initiatives!

“We wanted to understand the quality of our teaching environment and the services we provide: what level have we truly reached, and where can we do better? That’s why we chose to benchmark ourselves against the globally recognized Healthy Building Standards, aligning the school’s everyday experience with international criteria to drive continuous improvement and enhancement.” explained Dursley Chiu, Daystar Academy’s Director of Operations.

Daystar Sanlitun Campus earned top scores across all ten categories—essentially a stellar “report card.”In fact, in many areas the campus far exceeded WELL standards, much to the surprise of the certification assessors.For example:

The air filtration systemmeets hospital-grade standards.

The international standardis 500 lux, and we have proundly achieved an average illuminance of 600 lux.

The acceptable noise levelis 60 decibels, while the Sanlitun campus reached only 45 decibels—even with the HVAC systems running.

To ensure continuous monitoring of building health and well-being, every classroom and shared space are equipped with sensors that collect data hourly.Any anomalies in air quality, humidity, noise levels, etc. are reported in real time to the Operations team’s mobile app.
