江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)原黨委書(shū)記廖進(jìn)球涉嫌受賄、利用影響力受賄一案，由江西省監(jiān)察委員會(huì)調(diào)查終結(jié)，移送檢察機(jī)關(guān)審查起訴。經(jīng)江西省人民檢察院指定管轄，由九江市人民檢察院審查起訴。
日前，九江市人民檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪、利用影響力受賄罪對(duì)廖進(jìn)球作出逮捕決定。該案正在進(jìn)一步辦理中。
