12月4日（報道），四川西昌市一19歲小伙為救跳河女友不幸溺亡，兩人相識不久正鬧矛盾，家人稱小伙不會游泳，女方跳水前曾說：“你不理我，我就跳河”，家屬：女方只墊付了4萬余元安葬費，此后再未露面也未參加葬禮，律師： 男女朋友在法律上無明確救助義務。（紅星新聞）
