摘要

Abstract

The world is in the midst of a boom in artificial intelligence, with varying views of what impact it will have on global development and stability. At the same time, while AI development is a product of international relations, it is also playing a large role in reshaping modern institutions and practices that characterize global economic ties. This presentation will explore how the countries leading the AI race view each other, how development theory applies to AI, and how AI influences and is influenced by great-power competition.
