系所簡介

基于國內外系統生物學的發展趨勢及其廣闊的應用前景，2010年6月17日，北京大學系統生物醫學研究所（系統所）宣告成立。系統所主要針對腫瘤、心腦血管疾病等重大疾病，用系統生物學的研究方法和手段將復雜疾病研究與臨床實際密切結合，增進對疾病的病理和機制的系統理解。系統所相關領域具備國際領先水平，牽頭建設了“腫瘤系統生物學北京市重點實驗室”，設置8個研究平臺，目前擁有高通量測序、蛋白質組/代謝組質譜分析、轉基因小鼠、活細胞工作站等科研大平臺。為加速“雙一流”建設進程，學系的發展需要更多優秀人才的加盟。教研系列職位采用Tenure-track體制，提供優厚的科研啟動經費、實驗室條件、研究團隊支持和薪酬待遇。

Based on the development trends and broad application prospects of systems biology both domestically and internationally, the Institute of Systems Biomedicine at Peking University was officially established on June 17, 2010. The institute primarily focuses on major diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disorders, employing systems biology research methods and approaches to closely integrate complex disease studies with clinical practice, thereby enhancing the systematic understanding of the pathology and mechanisms underlying these significant diseases. The relevant research fields of the system are at the international advanced level, and we have taken the lead in establishing the Beijing Key Laboratory of Cancer Systems Biology, comprising eight research platforms, and is equipped with advanced scientific research facilities such as high-throughput sequencing, proteomics/metabolomics mass spectrometry analysis, transgenic mouse models, and live-cell workstations. These resources not only meet the institute's current research needs but also provide services to Peking University and other research institutions. To accelerate the "Double First-Class" construction, we are eager to attract more outstanding talents to join and promote the development of our department. The faculty positions adopt the Tenure-track system, offering generous support in research start-up funds, laboratory conditions, research team, and compensation.

具有1）生物學與醫學背景、2）工程學背景、3）數學與統計學背景、4）生物信息學與計算生物學背景的交叉復合型人才。

急需方向：系統生物醫學相關新理論和新技術。1）計算系統生物學與人工智能融合2）生物工程與合成生物學

Interdisciplinary talents with backgrounds in: 1) biology and medicine, 2) engineering, 3) mathematics and statistics, and 4) bioinformatics and computational biology.

申請條件

1.具有海內外博士學位，具有良好的研究訓練背景

2.在相關研究領域取得高影響力的代表性研究成果；

3.長聘崗位年齡50周歲以下、預聘崗位年齡40周歲以下；特別優秀者可適當放寬。
