Nestled in the Bosques Golf Club in the western part of Mexico City, Departamento LEHU 2 is a masterpiece of interior and architectural design crafted by GERARDO GARCíA STUDIO and LUA Luz en Arquitectura. The apartment is located on a lower floor of the building, boasting a unique facade layout that blends openness and privacy. The main facade features a spacious terrace with a garden, where greenery thrives, while the rear facade has a small private terrace for quiet relaxation. One facade is completely windowless, adjacent to another apartment and the building's vertical circulation areas, creating a peaceful internal space isolated from external disturbances.

坐落于墨西哥城西的博斯克高爾夫俱樂部內(nèi)，LEHU 2 公寓是赫拉爾多?加西亞建筑工作室與盧阿之光建筑事務(wù)所聯(lián)手打造的建筑與室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)佳作。公寓位于樓棟較低樓層，立面布局獨(dú)具匠心，兼顧開放與私密。主立面擁有一處附帶花園的寬大露臺(tái)，綠植繁茂生長；后立面則設(shè)有小型私人露臺(tái)，供人靜謐休憩。其中一側(cè)立面完全無窗，與另一戶公寓及樓棟垂直交通區(qū)域相鄰，隔絕外界紛擾，造就了安寧的內(nèi)部空間。

The design of Departamento LEHU 2 takes a large, divisible hallway as its central axis, which skillfully connects all social, private, and service areas of the apartment. This central hallway is not only a traffic hub but also a flexible space that can be adjusted according to different usage scenarios. In addition, the fourth facade is equipped with a balcony specifically designed to provide sufficient natural light and smooth ventilation for the two bathrooms and dressing rooms. Every spatial layout detail is carefully considered to balance functionality and comfort, making the flow of movement in the apartment natural and seamless.

LEHU 2 公寓以一條寬闊且可分割的走廊作為空間中軸，巧妙串聯(lián)起公寓內(nèi)所有社交、私人及服務(wù)區(qū)域。這條中軸走廊不僅是交通樞紐，更是一處靈活多變的空間，可根據(jù)不同使用場景靈活調(diào)整。此外，建筑第四立面設(shè)有一處陽臺(tái)，專為兩間浴室和更衣室服務(wù)，提供充足的自然采光與順暢通風(fēng)。每一處空間布局細(xì)節(jié)都經(jīng)過精心考量，在功能性與舒適度之間達(dá)成平衡，讓公寓內(nèi)的動(dòng)線流轉(zhuǎn)自然無礙。

A striking feature of Departamento LEHU 2 lies in its meticulous selection of materials and color palettes. Floors, walls, and ceilings are mainly adorned with natural materials, which exude a simple and pure charm. The neutral, warm, and timeless tones run through the entire space, avoiding the impetuosity of trendy colors and creating a serene, relaxed, and elegant living atmosphere. When sunlight filters into the room through the windows, it interacts with the natural textures of the materials, casting soft and warm light and shadow that make every corner of the apartment full of warmth and vitality.

LEHU 2 公寓的一大亮點(diǎn)在于對(duì)材質(zhì)與色調(diào)的精心甄選。地面、墻面與天花板多采用天然材質(zhì)打造，散發(fā)著質(zhì)樸純粹的韻味。中性、溫暖且經(jīng)典不過時(shí)的色調(diào)貫穿整個(gè)空間，摒棄了潮流色彩的浮躁，營造出寧靜、舒緩且雅致的居住氛圍。當(dāng)陽光透過窗戶灑入室內(nèi)，與材質(zhì)的自然肌理交相呼應(yīng)，投射出柔和溫暖的光影，讓公寓的每一個(gè)角落都充盈著溫馨與生機(jī)。

The excellent design of the apartment is also complemented by high-quality selected products, which enhance both its practicality and aesthetic value. In terms of lighting, well-known brands such as Flos and Deltalight have been chosen, and the Casambi light control system allows for intelligent adjustment of the light environment to meet different emotional needs. The kitchen is equipped with Poliform S.p.A. products, combining fashion and functionality. The windows are made by Venster Aluminium, ensuring excellent sound insulation and thermal insulation while presenting a minimalist and sophisticated appearance. Every product selection echoes the overall design concept and interprets the high-quality life attitude of the apartment.

The designers did not pursue exaggerated shapes, but focused on the emotional needs of the residents. The garden terrace allows people to get close to nature, the private space ensures a sense of belonging, and the flexible public area accommodates the communication needs of family and friends. This design not only reflects the professional aesthetics of the architects but also embeds the understanding of a comfortable life. It is a residence that can withstand the test of time and accompany the growth of the residents.

As a 2025 completed apartment project in Mexico City, Departamento LEHU 2 has set an excellent example for local high-end residential design with its 767-square-meter spacious layout, natural material application, and humanized functional design. Brick and wood, as the primary building materials, add a sense of warmth to the modern space. Whether it is the overall spatial pattern or the subtle details of the interior decoration, it reflects the design concept of respecting nature and focusing on people. This apartment is not only a living space but also a carrier of taste and a witness to a better life.
