財聯社1月15日電，近期，A股上市公司跨境并購交易明顯升溫。Wind數據顯示，2025年12月以來，A股公司共披露8起跨境并購事件，而2025年11月無相關案例，2025年10月和9月分別僅有4起和2起。從已披露的案例來看，當前海外并購呈現行業更集中、目的地更多元、民營企業擔當主力等特點。
